The Ramble takes place along natural trails, rough terrain, and bridged water crossings.  

Children aged 6-10 who can walk the 3 mile course may be registered as "youth" participants; children 5 and under are free; strollers are not allowed.

Friendly dogs on leashes may accompany participants. BYO bag for clean-up.

Participants may not use bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or mechanized vehicles.
